Information you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. We use these details to receive and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record where needed to follow up. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a message.

Contact form service

When you send the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to Formspark for delivery to us. Formspark also processes technical request information for spam filtering, security and service operation. See Formspark’s Privacy Policy.

We use your message to handle your enquiry. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Cart and customer dashboard

The cart and customer dashboard are provided through SureCart. These features may use essential browser storage, such as session information, to operate the cart, sign-in and account functions and help protect the service. SureCart may process information you enter in its account or store features and technical information needed to provide them. No products are currently available to purchase, and this site is not currently collecting order or payment details for a purchase. For more information, see SureCart’s Privacy Policy.

Website operation

Our fonts are hosted on this website. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools. Our hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver the website, identify errors and protect it from abuse.

We use Cloudflare to help deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its handling of technical data.

Retention and protection

We keep enquiry information only while it is useful for responding, follow-up and any record-keeping obligations, then delete it or remove details that identify you. We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold and limit access to people who need it to handle enquiries. The service providers described above may retain information as explained in their own privacy notices.

Your privacy questions

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or ask us to delete it where appropriate. Contact [email protected] and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Service providers

We share information with providers only as needed to operate the website, deliver messages and provide account services, or where required by law. Providers may process information outside Canada, where different privacy laws may apply. We do not sell your personal information.
